Here is a piece of glass that was brought in by a football loving customer, he wanted to etch his teams logo into his coffee table. It was cut in reverse so that it would leave a smooth surface when cleaned. I thought it turned out really well

Well with so few nice docks availiable for the iPhone 4 I came up with this. In two versions (well 3 if you count the option to have the iPhone 4 bumper fitted).
First version is a desktop free standing version.
Second version is a custom mountable solution for car or workshop mounting.

Well for my birthday I got a set of turtle beach wireless gaming headphones, didn’t want them to get dirty so decided to see how quick I could design and produce a decent looking rack.
3 hours later and these were the result. I used 9mm plywood and 3mm acrylic with an aluminium finish to it. In the back spine area there is some cable management for the controller harness

After finding no commercially availiable promarker specific stands to organise my pens I sought to make my own one from mdf. It was designed to be flat pack and tool less construction. Using 4mm mdf it was laser cut. This particular holder can deal with 20 pens although I have now designed one to hold 84 pens as my collection has grown. I also designed another portable system for 25 pens in a circular design.

After a customer requested an example of what kind of detail could be put into a small 120mm fan grille for a computer I came up with this art deco test piece of the bio shock logo. The acrylic is 3mm thick and it took about 6 mins to cut

Hi, the old CMD site had got a little clustered so with the help of a good friend dave of Vinyl perfection we are bringing a new more focused site concentrating on my new laser cutter and its creations.
